Mr. Parent holds a bachelor’s degree in political science and a master’s degree in international affairs. He draws on his multiple experiences as a business manager and administrator, and as a strategic advisor in entrepreneurship, international relations and economic development within the government. Mr. Parent who invested in the company in 2009, is now Chief Executive Officer of FDC.

B.Eng.

Mr. Abou Omar holds a Mechanical Engineering Degree and a diploma of college studies in composites materials.  He has over 20 years of experience in aerospace composite parts manufacturing and project management, including tooling, parts manufacturing and R&D, within OEMs, research centers and SMEs.  He is responsible for the management of various engineering and engineering production support projects.

B.ENG.

Mr. Brisebois holds an industrial engineering degree. He has 15 years of experience in various industrial sectors including aeronautics, automotive and rail, within OEMs and integrators. His expertise lies in all aspects of manufacturing, particularly in Quality, Lean Management and Production Management. He is responsible for managing all aspects of Quality Management and occupational health and safety for the company.

B.Eng., M.Eng.

Ms. Benchimol holds an Engineering Degree specialized in materials and a Masters Degree specialized in materials and composites. Her experience is in materials and composites engineering, in quality and in production methods. She is responsible for the management of various engineering and engineering production support projects.

CPA, CA

Mr. Vachon is a Chartered Professional Accountant and a certified Auditor. He also holds a bachelor’s degree in education, specialized in mathematics.  He has experience in accounting, auditing, business management, administration and finance.  He has worked both in the private and public sectors, in large accounting organizations, the banking industry and in small businesses.
