FDC Composites offers services of manufacturing of composites components and advanced engineering to OEMs and integrators across North America, supplying build-to-print or build-to-spec projects to turn-key solutions.

We take on prototyping, R&D, tooling, testing & certification, serial manufacturing, and complete assemblage, including paint and the integration of non-composite parts.

We use processes such as Autoclave, machining CNC 5 axis and oven curing, where we can produce high performance structural and non-structural composite parts with significant value added to mechanical properties of component.
